Friday nights used to be rock & roll... but these days Im a little more Relax & Renew. If you're digging that kind of vibe too then I've got a little something for you.. Restorative yoga followed by live music live from the living room

In a world where everyone is always busy, it's important to remember how to relax and renew. Restorative yoga helps to conciously calm the body and quiet the mind. In a studio setting restorative yoga would be practced with lots of props, but for this class you have everything you need at home for a yummy, relaxing practice.

You will need the following...

* A cosy, quiet, warm space where you will be uninterupted.

* A yoga matt or soft surface 

* Pillows & cushions

* Blankets or towels 

* Books (to be used instead of yoga blocks) 

* A belt or tie (optional)

* An eye pillow or eye mask (optional)

After the practice there will be a short break before a  live music session from my living room.

This is open to anyone who needs or wants to feel the benefit of relaxation. 

Suitable for all ability levels.
