Calling all space cadets, cosmic travellers & star people...
I thought I would liven things up a little for this one... so slip into some cosmic yoga pants and prepare for lift off.
We will blast off with an active meditation before cruising into an energising (but easy) yoga flow. Once you feel like you're flaoting in space there will be some psychadelic live music followed by a live DJ set.
You will need
* A yoga matt or soft surface to practice on
* Optional space themed (comfrotable) clothing
* Drinks and snacks of your choice for the after space party

All species and abilities welcome (adaptations will be suggested for those practicing yoga with tenicles)
