Let's start with a little bit about me...
Musician, show and event producer, creative writer, yoga teacher, goddess gatherer and human companion to Coco the Shih Tzu.
I currently reside on a boat around the canals of Birmingham (we have more than Venice dont you know!). I am a proud part-time resident and love being part of the creative scene in this city.
I have been a performer, show producer, creative writer and musician for almost two decades now, during which time I have also been fortunate enough to travel, trek, sit on mountains, swim in lakes, complete two triathlons, spend a year in the south of France, travel solo in India and other stories too.
In 2020 I started a new kind of adventure, down the rabbit hole of yoga and into the wonderland of wellness. After years of enjoying and cultivating my own practice I became a qualified yoga teacher, specialising in Restorative yoga, and the founder of 'The Gathering Brum', a community for yoga, meditation, live music and positivity. I am constantly a student, learning and unlearning as I go and loving every single minute of it. I am currently embarking on a diploma in Yoga Therapy to continue this journey.
I am intent on continuing to carve a way of life which prioritises not only my own mental and physical wellbeing, but the wellbeing of others. I am on a mission to encourage people to relax, restore and stop to smell the flowers and/or howl at the moon. I am also producing shows, playing piano, recording voiceovers and songs in my home studio and working on other projects.
This website will be a centre point for my various endeavours. I hope you like it and will return for another visit...
